Kira has always had a passion for cooking and the arts, and at age 18 decided to pass on college and head straight into the workforce. She worked her way up in a restaurant all the way to assistant pastry chef. Unbeknownst at the time this was her first step into the world of baking, and that is where the obsession began. Absorbing all the recipes, techniques, failures and successes she applied those to skills to all her future culinary jobs. Now with her own business officially launching in 2018, she has found her passion in life and hopes to continue to hone her skills so her business may continue to grow and flourish.
